China Beijing Olympics Traffic Plan

Cars clog a road in Beijing Friday Aug. 10, 2007. About 1.3 million vehicles will be taken off Beijing’s streets next week during a test of the city’s ability to reduce its air pollution for next year’s Olympic Games. Details of the four-day test plan were spelled out Friday by Beijing organizers.
